About NCA Network
NCA Network is a community of Internationally Trained Lawyers (ITLs) in Canada. Our mission is to support ITLs as they navigate the accreditation process, access mentorship opportunities, expand their professional networks, and better integrate into the Canadian legal landscape.
We have a robust network of ITLs at various stages in their careers — current and recent NCA candidates, articling students, practicing lawyers, partners and owners. Year after year, this community continues to grow, eager to meet other like-minded professionals who share the unique challenges of practicing law as an ITL.
We are focused on deepening alumni engagement, sponsorship, and expanding opportunities for ITLs through our three core pillars.
