Mehak is an associate with the Corporate law group at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Metal is developing a broad practice in insolvency, bankruptcy, and secured lending. She has assisted on a range of matters including voluntary dissolution, mergers, and acquisitions, the financing of acquisitions as well as asset based lending and subordinate debt financing.

Mehak obtained her law degree from Rajiv Gandhi National University in 2017. She is currently pursuing her L.L.M in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in October 2023.

Prior to joining Davies, Mehak practiced law for several years at a full-service law firm in India (Trilegal).
